EFL - Hard Metal Division - Home
The Hard Metal Division of EFL Specialists Roofing Contractors is as our ‘Lead Division’ multifaceted, offering both Zinc, Stainless Steel as well as Copper to compliment our already successful non-bitumen EPDM Fleeceback and lead roofing divisions.
All metals are delivered to us upon a coil, thereafter to be cut and profiled to meet our customers requirements before being fitted. All three metals can be fixed via:
1). The Standing Seam.
2). The Baton Roll.
3). The Traditional Wood Roll.
Advantages of Metal Roofing
The advantages of ‘Metal Roofing’ are many, one being much lighter than lead and the traditional tile, the client need not suffer any extra expense of reenforcing the roof before fixing the product.
Additionally, requiring little or no maintenance, hard metals vastly outlast all other roofing materials such as tiles, slates and bitumen based products, are one hundred percent recyclable and have no difficulty in navigating roof fixtures such a skylights, steps or curved surfaces.
Alternatives to Metal Roofing
However, there maybe valid reasons why you do not require the durability that comes with a metal roofing product. Therefore we would like to remind you that EFL - Specialists Roofing Contractors offer two other high quality alternatives to metal, one being Rubberbond’s low cost EPDM Fleeceback and the other traditional lead.
Links to both of these can be found in the right-hand column of this site, and please remember, we will be only too pleased to offer an alternative quote for any or both of these products.
Based in the small East Anglian village of Southburgh, located between Norwich, Swaffham and Attleborough, EFL Specialists Roofing Contractors provide an unrivalled service to the whole of the United Kingdom.
